<p>蓦然发现做羊排是这么容易的事情。</p>
<p>买来新西兰冰冻羊排，室温下化冻，用纸把血水吸干。用印度人的羊排腌料（lamb seasoning）将两面都抹上，不过同住的娜塔莎说我买了各式调料的那个印巴超市其实是肯尼亚人开的，因为肯尼亚有很多的印度人…… 有时我愿意多洒一点黑胡椒和干的百里香，反正都是现成的，再淋少许白葡萄酒。</p>
<p>腌久点大概味道更好，匆匆忙忙半个小时就煎，似乎问题也不大。</p>
<p>平底锅加热，放一点点橄榄油，把羊排放进去煎就是了。两面翻着煎，煎熟一点比较放心。</p>
<p>起锅后装盘，洒上新鲜的香菜。</p>
<p>中国人的吃饭就是筷子夹起一大块，一边撕扯一边配白饭，不行的话再上手。斯文的做法就是用刀叉，切成小块来吃。曾涂上一些专门用于羊排的薄荷酱，味道也很不错。</p>
